Pack Your System
Secure your PC in its original double-layered box with the internal foam bracing to prevent hardware damage during transit.
Ship to Apex
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware integrity, we will process your refund or exchange back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
